Carver County Deputy Dan D. Kahlow, 47, an 18-year veteran of the Carver County Sheriff’s Office, has been arrested and charged with theft of drugs from an evidence room at the Sheriff’s Office, according to a criminal complaint released this past Tuesday just before press deadline.
